The Point of Single Contact – PSC supports you if you want to provide or receive services in the Tyrol. “Services” means any self-employed economic activity provided for remuneration, such as those of the building trade, other economic activities, services provided by small businesses, real estate and tourism services, the service activities of architects, engineers, auditors and business consultants.
The PSC was set up on the basis of the EU Services Directive.
The PSC is a service and information office that facilitates access to service activities and exercise of such activities as set out by the EU Services Directive.
PSC Tyrol is part of a network of points of single contact which have been established in all Member States of the EU and/or EEA (EUGO).
The support provided by PSC Tyrol is free of charge.
The PSC provides the following services:
- The PSC provides information
The PSC provides you with online information about services in German and in English, i.e. on the procedures and formalities required to access and exercise service activities (e.g. which authorisations you require) and provides information about the competent authorities/offices. In addition, it answers your inquiries about services: firstname.lastname@example.org (in German or English).
- The PSC supports you with the completion of procedures
You can submit the documents required for authorisation procedures (e.g. applications) to the PSC and the PSC will forward them to the competent authorities/offices. On request, the PSC will inform you of the status of the authorisation procedure. The procedures themselves will, however, be completed by the competent authorities/offices.
