Description

The legal entity of a training institution must report any substantial changes in the organisation of training and in the provision of training courses.

General information Explanation of this section

The legal entity of the training institution providing training courses to become a home help, a specialised social care worker or a qualified social care worker must notify the provincial government of any substantial changes in the organisation of training and in the provision of training courses. In particular:

1.     the relocation of rooms for providing theoretical training within the approved location;

2.     the intention to extend internships to new institutions; and

3.     the appointment of the head or deputy head of the training course.

Note: with regard to the training courses in schools for social care professions mentioned in § 27 of the Tyrolean Social Care Professions Law (Tiroler Sozialbetreuungsberufegesetz), point 1 is not to be reported.
