Since 2023, all schools within the Euregio that maintain – or intend to establish – a school partnership with at least one school from another Euregio territory may apply for the designation “Euregio school partnership” and use this title for the respective school year. A prerequisite is a description of the exchange programme, including the didactic measures planned within the framework of the school partnership during the school year.
Designation
The designation is granted by presenting a sticker in the format 297 × 220 mm, suitable for direct display on the school building.
Existing Euregio school partnerships
School year 2024/25
For the 2024/25 school year, seven Euregio School Partnerships were approved. The partnerships involve seven schools from the Region of Tyrol, two schools from the Autonomous Province of Bolzano and six schools from the Autonomous Province of Trento. The range extends from primary schools to lower secondary schools and up to upper secondary schools and grammar schools. Planned activities include video conferences and visits to partner schools, as well as the creation of new products within the framework of joint projects.
Euregio school partnerships in the 2024/25 school year exist between the following schools:
