A licence may be waived at any time.

No special deadlines need be observed. The waiver of licence becomes effective with the date noted on the request but at the earliest with the date the request is received by the Federal Ministry for Labour and Economy.

• Request: The competent Chamber of Civil Engineers ( → zt ) German text where the requesting party’s firm is established.
• Decision: Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy ( → BMAW) German text
