The school provider must notify the following modifications concerning private agricultural vocational or technical schools: The school provider must immediately notify the provincial government of: a) the appointment of the school director/teachers; b) the resignation of the school director/teachers; c) the fact that the director or a teacher no longer fulfils one of the statutory requirements. The school provider must immediately notify the provincial government of any change in the organisation of the private vocational or technical school. The school provider must immediately notify the provincial government of any change in the school’s name.
