If the organiser intends to allow children or young people to attend a film screening and the Office of the Provincial Government has not issued a regulation prohibiting children and young people from viewing the film concerned or defining a minimum age rating to view it, the organiser must notify the Office of the Tyrol Provincial Government of the intended minimum age rating.

The notification must be received by the Office of the Provincial Government at least 4 days before the start of the first screening.

The Office of the Provincial Government must be notified that the film screening is intended for children or young people.
