The competent authority must be notified of the change of the holder (operator) of a stationary or mobile waste treatment plant by the new holder (operator) of the plant. The notification must be countersigned by the former holder (operator) of the waste treatment plant.
Please noteThe change of the holder (operator) of a plant does not affect the effectiveness of the permit. The new owner (operator) must comply with the permit.
CautionThe necessary transfer of the master data of the respective waste treatment facility to the master data of the new holder (operator) on edm.gv.at (→BMK)German text does not replace this notification to the competent authority.
